Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Early Intervention & Pediatric Services

Full-Time | Home & Community-Based | $60.00-$70.00 per hour | San Fernando, CA

$1,000 SIGN ON BONUS

The CAS Experience What Working as a Speech Language Pathologist Looks Like Total Compensation
  • Hourly range: $60.00-$70.00 per hour (based on experience and market)

Your Clinical Impact
  • Deliver speech and language therapy services in home and community-based settings
  • Provide direct therapy, consultation, monitoring, and written home programs
  • Conduct speech, language, feeding, articulation, and social communication evaluations
  • Implement evidence-based interventions to improve functional communication and participation in daily routines
  • Address expressive, receptive, pragmatic, and feeding needs using developmentally appropriate strategies
  • Provide ongoing caregiver education and coaching (monthly and as needed)
Interdisciplinary Collaboration
  • Partner with Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Child Development Specialists, Mental Health Professionals, and Behavior Analysts
  • Contribute to coordinated, family-centered treatment planning
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with caregivers and internal teams
