Hims & Hers is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager, Sterile for our New Albany, OH facility. You will lead in-process and final inspections, manage deviations and CAPA, and ensure compliance with USP standards and cGMP across sterile and non-sterile compounding.
You will supervise quality and production staff, review COAs and records, and draft SOPs to maintain high quality and regulatory readiness. A Pharmacy Technician license is encouraged to obtain within six months.
