Overview
The Behavior Data Specialist I will organize and maintain data collection and statistical analysis systems for the program; assist with behavioral assessments and program implementation; assist with research activities and staff/parent training; and assume Clinical Specialist I duties in the temporary absence of those staff members.
Responsibilities- Must possess and maintain cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification and Behavior Management Training within 90 days of hire.
- Must maintain up-to-date status in company-provided in-service topics as required by and according to the timeline established by the department.
Bachelor's degree in psychology, education or allied discipline is required. Two or more years of college level course work and one previous year of experience implementing behavioral protocols may be considered in place of this degree at the discretion of department leadership.
EXPERIENCE:Previous experience in the implementation of behavioral assessment/treatment programs with the individuals with developmental disabilities is highly preferred.
