Asa Screening& Intake Specialist
with Chartiers Centerat our Washington County Clinic,youwould be committed toprovidecompassionatesupportsto people facing behavioral health challenges.

• Screening allinitialrequests for services/information
• Complete point of entry/intake/assessment activities and information
• Complete other necessary demographic/registration activities

• Skills to engage callers
• Possess system knowledge to provide other necessary support and linkage, asindicatedby presenting need
• Sufficientexpertiseto function relatively autonomously in making judgements, recommendations and credibility required by service providers, if necessary
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Service field
• Two (2) years’ experience in behavioral health
