TinyEYE Therapy Services is seeking an
Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide both
on-site
services to students in Arlington Heights, Illinois
. In this role, you’ll support students helping them develop the functional and motor skills needed to succeed in school.
Details:
What you'll do- Deliver engaging occupational therapy sessions using TinyEYE’s custom-built platform and on-site
- Evaluate student needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to progress reports and documentation
- Collaborate with educators, families, and school teams to support student development
- Monitor student progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed
- Preferred:Experience in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Competitive Pay:Compensation for both direct therapy and indirect service time
- Consistent caseloads: Regular caseloads on a full-time basis in the school setting
- Supportive Team:Mentorship, onboarding support, and responsive technical assistance
