Child & Family Support Services (CFSS) is accepting applications for Full Time Behavioral Health Paraprofessionals (BHPP) to provide direct support services to children, young adults, and families in their home and community settings through out Maricopa County.

We are looking for teammates that have:
A passion for empowering young people to maximize their potential through mentoring, role-modeling, coaching and other individually-tailored interventions.
Implement skill-building activities and behavior coaching tailored to individual needs
Collaborate with families, therapists, and other professionals to coordinate care
Ability to relate to and build positive connections with children and adults and be working in a strength-based and family-centered way.
Implement strength-based support plans that capture the unique culture and needs of the family.
Assist in skill training, family support, and coordinating access to community resources.
Collaborate with Child and Family Team (CFT) members, including other providers, stakeholders, and agency management.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions and services provided.
Maintain professional boundaries and represent CFSS in a positive and professional manner at all times.
Behavioral Health Paraprofessionals (BHPP) Education/Experience Needed (one of the following):
High school diploma or GED and 1 1/2 years of behavioral health experience
Behavioral Health Paraprofessionals (BHPP) Requirements:
Must be 21 years or older
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends
Valid Arizona Driver's License with an acceptable 39 month driving record
Reliable transportation, including proof of Insurance
Candidates are required to submit a negative drug test
Obtain an Arizona DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
Complete Adult, Child, and Infant CPR and First Aid training
Compensation:$18.50/hr - $20/hr
