Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care needs.
- Support resident comfort, dignity, and overall well-being.
- Observe and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, or mental condition to nursing staff.
- Assist nursing personnel with routine care and departmental tasks.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, families, and visitors.
- Follow all facility policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations to ensure quality resident care.
