Location: Northern
The University of Kentucky’s Nephrology Clinic is seeking a Patient Relations Assistant to provide frontline registration in the outpatient setting. You will greet patients, verify insurance, manage cash, and prepare medical records to support seamless patient flow.
You will also schedule appointments, obtain patient records, and communicate with patients by phone and in person while helping to improve attendance and accurate record keeping across the clinic.
