Northwest Kidney Centers seeks a Clinical Pharmacist to join our Burien location, full-time .8 FTE, Monday–Friday 8am-4:30pm. The outpatient pharmacy serves CKD patients, dialysis and transplant patients, delivering comprehensive pharmaceutical care.
The Clinical Pharmacist will fill and dispense prescriptions, provide medication counseling, MTM, drug therapy monitoring, and collaborate with dialysis clinic staff to optimize outcomes while supporting day-to-day operations and business decisions.
