Pharmacy Pre-Grad Intern - WM

Position Summary

Pre‑Grad Pharmacy Intern responsible for supporting the Walmart Pharmacy team in providing exceptional customer service, managing prescriptions, and ensuring compliance with privacy regulations. Gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic community setting while earning paid hours.

• Ensure confidentiality of information, documentation, and records in accordance with company policies, and local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Process prescription and over‑the‑counter orders and purchases.
• Deliver patient care by recognizing the patient, assessing their needs, and assisting with clinical therapies.
• Receive and stock merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers.
• Maintain inventory and keep the pharmacy area organized.

• Proficiency in pharmaceutical care and best practices.
• Excellent ability to foster relationships with customers and team members.
• Capability to meet individual patient needs.
• Enthusiasm for community outreach and events.
• Commitment to HIPAA and PHI guidelines.

• Competitive hourly wage range of $19.50 to $32.50, based on location.
