Piedmont Springs is an award-winning neighborhood spa that has served the East Bay for more than 40 years. We are looking for skilled, caring massage therapists who want to practice in a stable, professional and team-oriented environment with an established client base.
We are currently hiring massage therapists for regular, ongoing evening shifts. We have opportunities for therapists seeking consistent part-time work, with the potential for multiple shifts per week depending on availability. We are also happy to hear from experienced therapists who prefer substitute or occasional coverage work rather than a regular weekly schedule.

Candidates must:
- Hold a current CAMTC certification and appropriate professional liability insurance
- Be available to work evening shifts
- Be proficient in Swedish and Deep Tissue massage
- Provide every client with professional, respectful and attentive care
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding massage and appropriate ongoing self-care
- Be dependable, professional and comfortable working as part of a team
- Experience in prenatal, sports massage, shiatsu, lymphatic massage and/or Active Release techniques is a plus, but not required.
For more than four decades, Piedmont Springs has provided massage, hot tubs, saunas and other restorative experiences to the East Bay community. We’re looking for therapists interested in becoming part of that tradition and building lasting relationships with our clients and team.
