Location: Northern
InHome Therapy is hiring licensed home care Physical Therapist (PT) to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes in and around Pleasant Prairie. If you value a flexible schedule, consistent caseload, and a supportive team, we would love to hear from you.
You will deliver in-home PT services, evaluate mobility, implement rehab programs, educate patients and families, and maintain timely documentation per Medicare and agency standards.
