At PA, our Operating Model team helps these organizations translate strategy into action by designing operating models, organizational structures, governance, capabilities, and ways of working that enable innovation, growth, and lasting impact. Combining business design, transformation, technology, and human-centered thinking, we help clients build organizations that are ready for the future of health.
What You'll Do- Designing future-state operating models, including organizational structures, governance, capabilities, and ways of working.
- Analyzing complex business challenges and developing practical recommendations, business cases, and transformation roadmaps.
- Facilitating stakeholder discussions and workshops, working with clients from operational teams to executive leadership.
- Assessing organizational capabilities, operating models, and ways of working to identify opportunities for improved performance and transformation.
- Exposure to complex, high-impact client challenges across the health and life sciences sector.
- Opportunities to work alongside experts in healthcare, life sciences, strategy, transformation, technology, and innovation.
- A structured development pathway focused on business and operating model design.

Successful candidates will come from consulting, healthcare, life sciences, transformation, business analysis, organizational design, or strategy backgrounds.
- You have at minimum 2+ years of professional experience in consulting, health and life sciences, transformation, or a related industry role. We’re open to early-career professionals and career transitioners, but this is not an entry-level position.
- You’ve supported clinical, R&D, medical, regulatory, commercial, or enterprise transformation initiatives within pharmaceutical, biotech, medtech, or healthcare organizations.
- You possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. You consistently synthesize complex information into clear recommendations and insights.
