BCBA Position – Full-Time or Part-Time Position Overview

Majestic Care ABA is seeking dedicated BCBAs to provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to individuals with autism and their families throughout the Rolling Meadows area. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who wants meaningful work, flexible scheduling, manageable caseloads, and a supportive team that values clinicalexpertiseand work-life balance.

Hybrid + Clinic (Client visits as needed)

Compensation:

$85,000 - $125,000+ BCBA bonus opportunities

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Develop and oversee evidence-based ABA programs tailored to each client's strengths, needs, and goals
  • Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Provide ongoing clinical oversight to ensure high-quality implementation of treatment programs
  • Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs and Behavior Technicians
  • Review session documentation and providetimelyfeedback to support quality care
  • Travel to client sites to provide home- and school-based visits and clinical support
  • Provide caregiver training and partner with families to promote skill development and generalization
  • Collaborate with families, schools, service providers, and other members of the client's care team as appropriate
  • Maintainaccurateclinical documentation in accordance with company, payer, and BACB requirements
  • Uphold the highest standards of ethical, compassionate, and evidence-based care
Qualifications
  • Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Minimum one (1) year of BCBA experience preferred
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
  • Successful completion of required background checks
  • Reliable transportation for community-based services
  • Strong communication, organization, and clinical decision-making skills
  • Passion for supporting individuals with autism and their families
  • Commitment to ethical and evidence-based ABA practice
