- Graduate of an accredited
College of Pharmacy - Licensed Pharmacist
in the State of Ohio - Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- $54.85/hr – $75/hr
- (~$114K – $156K annually, depending on experience)

Schedule:
- Mon–Fri:
8am–8pm - Sat–Sun:
9am–5pm - 1 Saturday every4 weeks
- 1 Sunday every
12 weeks - Flexible scheduling available:
- Three 12-hour shifts
, or - Four 10-hour shifts
- Staffing levels:
- 4 Pharmacists + 15–18 techs on weekdays
- Volume:
- Mon: ~1,000 Rx
- Tues–Fri: 700–800 Rx
Schedule:
- Mon–Fri:
9am–7pm - Sat:
9am–5pm - Closed Sunday
- Weekday shifts:
- 9am–5:30pm, or
- 10:30am–7pm
- Staffing:
- Always 2 RPhs scheduled; 3 on Mondays and busier days
- Volume:
- 500–600 Rx/day on weekdays
- 150–175 Rx on Saturdays

Thanksgiving
and
Christmas - Other holidays rotate: 1 per year or every other year
- Interpret prescriptions and dispense medications per state, federal, and local regulations
- Provide patient education and medication counseling
- Supervise and support pharmacy technicians
- Review patient medication profiles for interactions, duplications, allergies, and dosing issues
- Communicate with prescribers regarding clarifications or unavailable medications
- Prepare and verify compounds, IV medications, and accurate dosing
- Manage workflow, staffing assignments, and daily operations
- Train and mentor new pharmacists, interns, and externs
- Assist with inventory, ordering, and cost-effective purchasing
- Support cash management and ensure security procedures are followed
- Serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge when the managing pharmacist is unavailable
- Reports directly to a
highly respected Pharmacy Manager - Pharmacy uses a
Parata Max robot
that fills ~45% of total Rx volume - Strong technician support and well-structured team environment
