• Total Compensation Package: Valued between $98,000-$111,000.
• Annual Salary: $80,000–$90,000, based on experience and qualifications.
• Annual Increases: Annual merit-based increases.

As a
Physical Therapist (PT) Department Lead / Supervisor at Eyas Landing
- Avondale, you will provide physical therapy to children and families while overseeing a team of Physical Therapists. You'll foster each child's mobility, gross motor development, and functional independence growth.

• Providing individualized therapy and therapeutic rotations
• Implementing therapeutic approaches such as DIR/Floortime, Developmental Treatment, Motor Skills Acquisition, and
  Intentional Relationship Model (IRM)
• Collaborating daily with occupational and speech therapists, as well as social workers
• Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care
• Providing mentorship, clinical guidance, and performance feedback to Physical Therapists to ensure consistency in care delivery and growth

• Required credentials to practice physical therapy.
• Experience working with children and/or clients with special needs preferred.
