Description

Physical Therapist (PT)

1409 W. Carroll Ave. Chicago, IL | Monday-Thursday, 10-6:30pm and Friday, 9-5:30pm; opportunities for Saturdays, 8-1:30pm

  • Total Compensation Package: Valued between $91,000–$105,000.
  • Annual Salary: $74,000–$85,000, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Annual Increases: Annual merit-based increases.

As a Physical Therapist (PT) at Eyas Landing, you will provide physical therapy to children and families in our clinic, clients' schools and homes.

You'll work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD),
ADHD
, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. You'll foster each child's mobility, gross motor development, and functional independence growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing individualized therapy
  • Implementing therapeutic approaches such as DIR/Floortime, Developmental Treatment, Motor Skills Acquisition, and
    Intentional Relationship Model (IRM)
  • Collaborating daily with occupational and speech therapists, as well as social workers
  • Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care
Knowledge and

Skills Required:
  • Required credentials to practice physical therapy
  • Experience working with children and/or clients with special needs preferred
  • Competencies:

    proactive problem-solving, results-oriented, worksmanship, resourceful, and clear communicator.
