Location: Northern
Cedarwood Plaza and Hillside Plaza in Cleveland Heights and on the East Side of Cleveland, Ohio, are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide therapy services across both communities.
You will evaluate residents, develop and implement individualized plans of care, and help residents regain independence. You will travel between Cedarwood Plaza and Hillside Plaza to cover scheduled needs as part of an interdisciplinary team.
