** Physical Therapist (PT)
** to provide evidence-based care in a collaborative, patient-focused outpatient environment in
** Glenwood, Arkansas**.Glenwood offers the perfect blend of
** small-town charm and outdoor adventure**. Located near the Ouachita Mountains and Caddo River, the area provides year-round opportunities for

* Duties and Responsibilities:
*** Deliver skilled physical therapy services to improve pain, strength, and functional mobility.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
* Accurately document evaluations, daily notes, and progress updates in compliance with Medicare/Medicaid guidelines.
* Supervise and collaborate with PTAs, therapy technicians, and administrative staff.
* Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safe self-care techniques.
* Maintain a safe, professional, and patient-centered clinical environment

* Qualifications:
*** Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
* Active Arkansas PT license (or eligibility).
* 1–3 years of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred (new graduates welcome).
* Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.
* Commitment to evidence-based care and measurable patient outcomes.
** Physical Demands:
*** Lifting, pushing, pulling, and assisting patients with exercise and patient transfers.
* Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently.
* May be exposed to infectious diseases, electricity, and strain from moving or supporting patients.
