Path Well Health is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to work under the direct supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist and Rehabilitation Supervisor. After the initial visit, the PTA delivers ongoing therapy services per the established plan and assists with plan reviews and discharge summaries.
The PTA provides therapeutic exercises, gait training, and other modalities, while documenting progress and coordinating with the care team.
