** Key Responsibilities
*** Perform CT and X-ray imaging procedures according to established protocols and standards.
* Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring it is clean and functioning properly.
* Prepare patients for imaging procedures, explaining the process and answering any questions.
* Position patients correctly to obtain optimal images, taking into consideration patient comfort and safety.
* Evaluate images for technical quality, ensuring proper identification and documentation.
* Ensure adherence to radiation safety protocols and guidelines to minimize exposure to patients and staff.
* Maintain accurate patient records and manage imaging data in the electronic health record system.
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
* Stay updated on advancements in radiology techniques and equipment through continuous education and training.
* Troubleshoot and report any equipment malfunctions or technical issues to appropriate personnel.## Qualifications
** Qualifications
* ** Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program (Bachelors preferred). Additional state requirements as applicable.
* Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may substitute for education requirements.
* State licensed
* ARRT (R) certification (CT preferred)
* BLS* Minimum 2 years of CT experience required.
