- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Licensed or license-eligible to practice in the state of Mississippi
- Prior pediatric therapy experience working with autistic clients a plus, but not necessary
- Must be planning to commute or relocate to Southaven, Mississippi, as well as commute one day per week to our Clarksdale, MS clinic

- Develop and implement treatment plans for pediatric patients
- Use standardized measures within scope of practice to evaluate clients' needs
- Provide guidance and support to parents and caregivers of pediatric patients
- Educate parents and caregivers on how to help their children with daily activities
- Develop strategies to help children with sensory processing issues
- BCBS with 50% premium costs for the employee covered by IPS
