Aventura at Shiloh Springs is looking for a Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team! We’re looking for an energetic, compassionate COTA who enjoys working with the skilled nursing and long-term care population and wants to be part of a collaborative rehab team.

This is more than checking boxes and counting treatment minutes. As part of our rehab team, you’ll have the opportunity to build relationships with your residents, celebrate their progress, and help them regain the skills and confidence they need to live as independently as possible.

You’ll work alongside a team that understands that great therapy comes from a combination of clinical skill, creativity, teamwork, and genuinely caring about the people we serve.

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist

• Help residents improve independence with daily activities, mobility, strength, coordination, and functional skills

• Collaborate with OTs and the interdisciplinary care team to support resident goals

• Accurately document treatments and resident progress

• Utilize Net Health for therapy documentation

• Bring positive energy, creativity, and encouragement to the rehab gym

• Celebrate the wins — both the big ones and the small ones!

• Current Ohio COTA license

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach

• SNF/LTC experience is a plus

• Comfortable working with Net Health is preferred
