- Plan, organize, and conduct occupational therapy programs to support patient rehabilitation and functional independence
- Evaluate patients' physical and mental abilities, analyze medical information, and establish individualized rehabilitation goals
- Monitor patient progress, document outcomes, and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve therapeutic goals
- Develop and implement therapeutic activities that build daily living, work, school, and life-management skills
- Recommend environmental modifications and adaptive strategies to help patients function safely and effectively
- Maintain compliance with professional, ethical, and legal standards while delivering high‑quality patient care
- Graduate of accredited Therapy Program
- Current and active Occupational Therapist licensein
New Jersey - 3-5 years of related experience
