  Full-time, 40 hours per week. Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm in Washington, D.C. (5255 Loughboro Rd NW).

• Provide excellent customer service to our patients at JHCP.
• Receive incoming and make outbound telephone calls to schedule appointments, process patient medication refills, process referrals, and take messages for the providers.
• Check patients in and out, collect copays, and respond to patient messages.
• Verify insurance and collect demographics.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years experience in healthcare or customer service preferred.
• EPIC experience is very helpful!
• Ability to successfully pass all required training to obtain security access to perform role. Includes, but not limited to:
  Electronic medical record training, Insurance training-foundations, government and commercial.
