EVS Technician; Per Diem​/Columbus

WAGE: $17.00 to $21.25 per hour, plus $2.25 per diem rate

The incumbent in this position is responsible for performing specific cleaning duties to maintain a clean and aseptic environment throughout the facility campus. Duties include but are not limited to moving furniture, equipment and supplies, carpet cleaning and a variety of housekeeping duties. The EVS Tech is also responsible for laundry duties within the organization and these duties include but are not limited to coordinating the daily laundry service needs with departments, collection, sorting and weighing of soiled laundry, linen and garments;

fold count, stack and distribution of clean laundry and linen garments.

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred
• Able to lift and carry 50 pounds unassisted
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience relating to the above tasks, knowledge, skills and abilities will be considered

Human Resources is located on the corner of North 29th and8th Avenue North. Enter through the main entrance to the building and go to the lower level. Human Resources is located at the bottom of the main entrance staircase to the right.
