We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medical Assistant. The ideal candidate must be efficient, compassionate, and capable of handling patient concerns with common sense and professionalism. This role requires strict adherence to established checklists, protocols, and compliance standards to maintain seamless operations.
Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent), Bio-grads, pre‑med or pre‑nursing students are preferred.
Previous experience in a medical office, pulmonology, or sleep medicine setting is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
Basic computer proficiency, including EHR documentation.
