As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) care to children with Autism and other developmental disabilities in their homes. Responsibilities- Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collaborate with clinical teams to develop and modify treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes
- Conduct 1:1 sessions with clients, providing ABA-based interventions and skill-building activities
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and sessions
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA
- Develop strong relationships with clients and families, promoting a warm and nurturing environment
- Must be certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)
- Minimum of 0 years of experience in the field of ABA (new graduates welcome to apply)
- Certificate of Completion in ABA from an accredited institution
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive hourly rate of $25 - $30 per hour
