Resilience Behavioral Health is seeking a skilled and engaging Group Facilitator to join their clinical team in Union, NJ. This role is a strong fit for a clinician who is experienced in leading structured group experiences, comfortable working with individuals managing co-occurring mental health and substance use conditions, and committed to delivering trauma-informed, person-centered care in every session.
What You'll Do- Facilitate psychoeducation, process, and skills-based group therapy sessions for clients in a structured clinical setting
- Engage clients effectively and manage group dynamics with skill and confidence
- Apply evidence-based modalities including CBT, motivational interviewing, and trauma-focused therapy throughout all group sessions
- Support clients navigating co-occurring mental health and substance use conditions
- Collaborate with the broader multidisciplinary clinical team to ensure continuity and quality of care
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field
- Active, unrestricted clinical license in the state of New Jersey
- Experience facilitating group therapy sessions for clients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities including CBT, motivational interviewing, and trauma-focused therapy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM - Compensation: $75 per group facilitated
