About the Role:

We’re looking for a caring and enthusiastic Pediatric Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our fun, supportive team at our Littleton clinic. If you love working with kids and want to grow in a warm, collaborative environment, this could be the perfect place for you.

Position Details:
  • Location: In‑person, Littleton clinic
  • Schedule: Full‑time, Part‑Time, PRN
    • Full‑time schedules: Monday–Friday, Optional Saturdays
    • 4–10s and 4-8s schedule available for full‑time team members
    • Part‑time schedules: flexible and based on clinic needs
Clinic Hours
  • Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Compensation
  • $5,000 Sign On Bonus for Full‑time
  • $2,500 Sign On Bonus for Part‑time / PRN
What You’ll Do
  • Evaluate and treat pediatric clients (ages 0–21) in outpatient and virtual settings
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high‑quality, family‑centered care
  • Complete evaluations, progress notes, and documentation efficiently and on time
  • Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Colorado.
  • Experience in pediatric home health or related field preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation.
  • Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work with children who have varying diagnoses and challenges.
