Member needs a dependable caregiver to provide morning support with safety-focused assistance due to balance concerns and fall risk. Caregiver should be comfortable assisting a member who is hard of hearing (left side worse than right) and may need clear, patient communication (speaking clearly, facing the member, confirming understanding). Member may need reminders and gentle cueing due to forgetfulness, along with help staying organized with daily routines.
Physical support may be needed with tasks impacted by right-hand numbness/weakness and right knee pain/stiffness (e.g., grasping items, standing tolerance, safe movement, and light household tasks). A steady, attentive caregiver who can monitor for safety and prevent falls is important.

Required Duties (Texas STAR+PLUS) Texas STAR+PLUS caregiver requirements may include:- Personal care assistance (as needed): grooming, dressing, bathing support, and hygiene routines

: tidying, dishes, wiping surfaces, sweeping, laundry, and maintaining a safe walkway to reduce fall risk - Reminders & routine support
