Behavioral Health Screen Specialist - Waukesha Memorial - Part Time

Job Summary

The BH Screening Specialist will be responsible for managing calls from new patients wanting to establish a relationship with a BH provider and assisting callers with these decisions. They will have knowledge of the BMC providers as well as other BH resources in the community, and will make the appropriate referrals.

They will register/schedule thepatientfor their first appointment with any BMC providers. They will also be trained to administer a variety of standardized BH screening tools and document accordingly in the patient's electronic medical record.
