How You'll ContributeApplicants should have a High School Diploma (or equivalent) and Graduate of an Accredited program for Surgical Scub Technicians. Additional requirements include:
- Certified Surgical First Assist certification required
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross (ARC) required within 7 days of hire
- One or more years of experience as a Surgical Scrub Technician with CSFA certification required
- Specific knowledge of surgical procedures required
- Extensive communication skills, team building skills, surgical assisting and instrumentation skills required

Applicants should have a High School Diploma (or equivalent) and Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program. Additional requirements include:
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential (or eligibility to obtain within a specified timeframe)
- Current BLS certification required within 30 days of hire
- 6 months of on-the-job experience in a healthcare facility
- Knowledge of sterile techniques, surgical procedures, and instrumentation
