Day to day, you'll evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient caseload with a strong orthopedic and post-surgical rehabilitation focus, building individualized plans of care around each patient's goals and clinical presentation. That includes therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, manual therapy, and functional training, along with monitoring each patient's progress and adjusting treatment as they advance. You'll also educate patients on their condition, home exercise program, and injury prevention, communicate with referring providers and other healthcare professionals when appropriate, and keep documentation accurate and timely.

Outpatient experience is preferred, but motivated new graduates are genuinely welcome to apply, and manual therapy skills are considered a plus rather than a requirement.

• Active Florida Physical Therapist license, or eligibility to obtain Florida licensure before starting
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Comfortable treating orthopedic and post-surgical patients
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
• Manual therapy skills are a plus
• Outpatient experience is preferred, but motivated new graduates are welcome to apply
