Personal Care Aide - Brompton Heights

We are currently hiring for day, evening and overnight shifts. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with seniors, building meaningful relationships, and being part of a team that truly cares about the people we serve.

As a PCA, you’ll...

…provide hands-on support to our residents while helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Provide personal care and support based on each resident’s individual needs
• Assist with meals, hydration, and other daily routines as needed
• Respond promptly and compassionately to resident requests
• Observe residents for changes in condition or behavior and communicate concerns to the appropriate team member
• Provide companionship and meaningful interaction with residents
• Help maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe living environment
• Work closely with nurses and fellow care team members to provide exceptional resident care
• Follow individualized care plans, community policies, and safety procedures

Days: 7:00am-3:00pm
Evenings: 3:00pm-11:00pm
Overnights: 11:00pm-7:00am
