Field Service Engineer

As a Field Service Engineer, you will work closely with healthcare providers to troubleshoot, maintain, and improve a variety of medical equipment.

• Perform regular maintenance and emergency repairs on healthcare equipment.
• Ensure all medical devices comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide training and support to medical staff on new and existing equipment.
• Document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
• Manage a schedule that includes travel to various healthcare facilities within the region.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to tailor equipment settings according to their specific needs.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in medical technology and healthcare regulations.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software specific to medical equipment.
