Home Care Professionals is growing and we’re seeking experienced Caregivers, Personal Care Aide’s, Certified Nursing Assistants, or Home Health Aides to join our amazing team to support our clients in Palo Alto and the surrounding Peninsula area.

• Help to shop and buy groceries
• Prepare meals, light housekeeping, laundry
• Help with activities of daily living such as dressing, bathing, medication reminders
• Aid with transferring the recipient in and out of bed
• Assist with physical therapy and exercise
• Arrange the medical appointment and transportation to the doctor or clinic
• Order and pick up medications at the pharmacy
• Meal preparation
• Personal care, toileting assistance, and bathing
• Discuss the care plan and needs with care managers
• Help with fall prevention

You must be a registered caregiver in the state of California (Homecare Services Bureau to work with Home Care Professionals. If you are not already registered, we will help you register and pay all costs associated with doing so.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour

• Are you willing and able to drive clients in your vehicle? (this does not disqualify you from employment, but may limit the clients we can staff you with)

• Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)

• Driver's License (Preferred)
• Home Care Aide Certification (Preferred)
