As a CFS Provider, you'll play a key role in enhancing the quality of life for clients by providing direct support, guidance, and training. You’ll help families navigate services, create pathways to overcome barriers, and support clients in achieving their goals.

• Empower clients to live independently and successfully in their family homes.
• Coordinate personalized service plans and ensure clients receive the care they need.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team and make a tangible impact every day.

• An Associate’s degree in a human services field or 3 years of relevant experience.
• Valid Driver License and Car Insurance required.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Willing to travel to client locations in Davis, Woodland and Elk Grove
• Spanish language fluency preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 per hour
