Minimum Qualifications: Licensed Mental Health Professional and five years’ experience with preferred background in both mental health and substance use disorder treatment. LMHC, LMSW, LCSW with CASAC a plus. Valid NYS Drivers’ License. Must have a minimum of one year supervisory or management experience, three years preferred.
Job Summary: In accordance with FLACRA’s mission, vision and values, the Senior Director of Integrated Treatment Services is responsible for coordination with the VP of Outpatient Services and Supervising Social Worker to assure proper daily, weekly, and monthly operation of the integrated treatment setting under the CCBHC. The Senior Director of Integrated Treatment Services will ensure agency and program compliance and fidelity in strategic business goals.
Duties:- Collaborates with teams to align processes and philosophy with organizational values and strategic plan and supports organizational priorities on a weekly, monthly, and long-term basis.
- Facilitates motivational team building and group supervision, including team support for any corrective actions and process improvements.
- Facilitates intra-departmental collaboration to ensure that all departments are communicating effectively and supporting one another as needed.
- Ensures attainment of CCBHC performance goals.
- Participates in the development and expansion of children’s mental health services.
- Ensures the attainment of program KPIs and metrics.
- Responsible for the integration of SUD and MH services under the CCBHC.
- Ensures team-based care and clinical excellence in service delivery.
- Provides direct supervision to staff on a regular basis by various audits/observations and works with the supervising social worker to develop employee’s core competencies.
- Works closely with senior counselors and the supervising social worker to address day-to-day site issues and ensure solid onboarding of new employees.
- Collaborates with the supervising social worker to complete annual performance reviews.
- Leads and participates in general, staff, in-service and supervisory meetings held by the agency.
- Collaborates with community partners to ensure adherence and fulfillment of agency contracts.
- Maintains and ensures completion of required reporting, records, and statistics as directed.
- Develops and maintains positive relationships with community groups, referral sources and service agencies, including assurance of customer service recovery.
- Recruits, screens, and interviews prospective staff. Assess staff training needs and assist in the development of those needs.
- Participate in community presentations and training programs.

- Supports the supervising social worker and senior counselor with auditing, reporting, and training of direct-care staff.
- Participates in the agency on call rotation.
- Perform other duties and functions as needed and directed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively with culturally diverse persons, staff and community service providers.
- Knowledge of local behavioral health service system.
- Ability to multi-task, have good problem solving & time management skills and the ability to remain calm in a crisis.
