Pediatric Care, Speech Pathologist
Join Gracent Pediatric Therapy as a pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist across our Texas centers in the DFW metro and Houston-area markets. Pediatric SLP work the way it should be done: caseloads sized for real clinical work, 30 and 45-minute sessions you call based on the child, in-house continuing education, and an interdisciplinary team treating alongside you every day. You'll run your own evaluations, write your own plans, partner with families, and co-treat with BCBAs and OTs.
Full-time SLPs start at a minimum of $82,000 with per-session compensation that scales from there. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision from day one, 25+ days off in year one, 401(k) with company match, and a $500 annual professional development stipend.
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred;
Clinical Fellows (CF-SLP) welcome with structured CF supervision. Texas state SLP license or eligibility required. Experience with or interest in pediatric speech, language, AAC, feeding, fluency, or early intervention.
