** Sentara Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our
** Behavioral Health
** team in Harrisonburg, Virginia, providing care for adolescents in a
** Partial Hospitalization Program** (PHP).

This role offers the opportunity to support
** adolescents
* * who require a higher level of support than standard outpatient care but do not meet criteria for inpatient hospitalization. Patients attend the program Monday through Friday from 9a-3p. The APP will provide care to participants actively enrolled in the program, as well as to recently discharged patients who are awaiting transition to community-based outpatient providers.

* Schedule:

Monday-Friday; 8a-4:30p (No call, weekends, or holidays)
* Conduct psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and ongoing medication monitoring.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team delivering group and individual therapy services
* Maintain an average daily schedule of approximately 10 patient visits, including both onsite and follow-up care.
* Provide transitional follow-up care for patients after discharge, typically for 3 to 6 months, until they establish with a community outpatient provider.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $ - $ annually.

Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.

If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
