** Floyd Valley Healthcare in Le Mars, IA has a full time position (35-40 hours) in our Health Information Department for an Administrative Assistant.

** Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
*** Process release of information requests for Floyd Valley Healthcare and Floyd Valley Clinics
* Submit death and birth certificate information
* Scan hospital and clinic documentation
* Process incomplete ambulatory orders
* Transfer external documents from the fax queue to chart
** Requirements:
*** High school diploma or equivalent
* Mandatory Reporter training certificate a plus; certification is required within six months of employment.
