Massage Therapist - Part-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate, guest-focused Licensed Massage Therapist to join our Spa team at the beautiful Scottsdale Camelback Resort. This is a staff position with flexible scheduling between 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
, seven days a week. New graduates are welcome, and a dual cosmetology license is a plus (but not required).

As a Massage Therapist, you’ll deliver exceptional wellness experiences by providing 50 and 75-minute massage services, tailoring each session to meet individual guest needs, and creating a calming, rejuvenating atmosphere that keeps guests returning.

• Perform professional massage treatments by appointment (50/75 minutes)
• Consult with guests to understand wellness goals and physical needs
• Maintain detailed client histories and assess areas of tension or discomfort
• Recommend appropriate techniques, stretches, and follow-up care
• Educate guests on service options and encourage future bookings
• Adjust pressure and technique based on guest feedback

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (18-29 hours per week)
