Salary: $16.50- $17.00
Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent. At least one year of working experience with the ability to type at least 55 wpm, with transcription, Word and Excel experience. Ability to acquire certification as a Peer within 6 months of hire. Experience and/or training in Behavioral Health/Client Care a plus.
Job Summar y:In accordance with the organization’s mission, vision and values, the Access Peer is responsible for the overall coordination of admissions and client tracking to FLACRA’s Residential Services as well as coordination of COTI clients in conjunction with the Access Coordinator. The Access Peer will triage and provide telephonic crisis support services and engagement services. The following duties will apply:
