We are currently seeking compassionate, dependable, and Korean-speaking caregivers to join our independently owned and operated agency.

• Competitive pay: $20–$27 per hour

• Provide companionship and social engagement to clients
• Communicate comfortably with Korean-speaking clients and family members
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Assist clients with activities of daily living based on their individual care plans
• Build professional and trusting relationships with clients, family members, and coworkers
• Help clients maintain their independence, dignity, and comfort in their own homes
• Provide culturally sensitive and compassionate care
• Deliver reliable care by arriving on time and consistently covering scheduled shifts

• Fluent Korean speaking ability required
• CNA certification preferred but not required
• Minimum 2 years of caregiving experience preferred
• Valid First Aid and CPR certifications
• Current TB test
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Willingness to travel more than 10 miles
• Availability at least 4 days per week
• Ability to provide compassionate, dependable, and professional care
• Must be able to communicate effectively with clients, families, and the SYNERGY Home Care team
