Overview
Licensed Physical Therapist in Kuttawa, Kentucky. This is a full-time contract position with a pay up to $2,110 per week.
Responsibilities- Provide Physical Therapy services to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans in collaboration with the care team.
- Document patient progress and communicate with supervising staff.
- Active Physical Therapist license/certification from an accredited school is required.
- At least 1 year of prior experience is required.
- Full-time contract;
Monday–Friday shifts with no weekend requirement; 35 hours guaranteed. - Available as a travel contract with stipends for eligible individuals, or a local contract at a reduced rate. Discuss travel opportunities with MAS.
- Competitive pay up to $2,110/week.
- Same-day pay option for most shifts; health insurance plans (vision, dental and supplemental options) available.
- Housing stipends and relocation assistance available for travel contracts.
Currently, licensing assistance is not available; you must be a licensed Physical Therapist to apply.
