The
** National Medical Value & Outcomes Liaison (MVOL)
** serves as the accountable medical lead for high-priority, complex customers and population-based decision-makers. These customers may include health systems, integrated delivery networks, national and regional health plans, pharmacy benefit managers, group purchasing organizations, specialty pharmacies, state Medicaid agencies, AIDS Drug Assistance Programs, the Department of Defense, Veterans Affairs, and the Indian Health Service.
The National MVOL develops trusted relationships with medical influencers and decision-makers to support informed access, management, and purchasing decisions. The role also gathers actionable medical voice-of-the-customer insights, supports pipeline planning, and represents ViiV Medical capabilities and evidence needs.
Working closely with the Payer Field Team, ViiV Corporate Accounts Team, ViiV Corporate Accounts Reimbursement Team, U.S. Medical, and other matrix partners, the National MVOL helps deliver coordinated, timely, and high-impact customer engagement.

Success requires transparent communication, strategic account leadership, timely execution, and the agility to lead, support, or defer to colleagues based on customer and organizational needs.##

* * This is a field-based position located in the United States.##
** Key Responsibilities**## External Customer Leadership
* Develop and execute scientific account plans for assigned health systems, integrated delivery networks, health plans, pharmacy benefit managers, group purchasing organizations, specialty pharmacies, academic medical centers, group practices, government agencies, and other priority customers.
* Lead external medical engagements that communicate the clinical, economic, population health, and value evidence supporting ViiV medicines and pipeline assets, in accordance with ViiV policies and procedures.
* Build trusted relationships with clinical, executive, population health, and formulary decision-makers.
* Demonstrate executive presence, strategic thinking, scientific credibility, and collaborative problem-solving during customer engagements.
* Provide transparent and timely clinical, health outcomes, economic, and population health evidence to inform access, management, and purchasing decisions.
* Deliver affirmative presentations to formulary decision-makers in accordance with Medical Affairs engagement policies.
