* Able to pass pre-employment physical/TB test
* Obtain fingerprint clearance as required by our licensure
* Food Handler’s certification
* First Aid certification
* Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), including hygiene, dressing, and mobility
* Managing behaviors such as wandering or agitation using proven strategies
* Implementing consistent daily routines and memory-supportive activities
* Supporting medication management, meal preparation, transportation, and therapy participation
* Applying specialized training in dementia care and behavioral management
