Join Our Team as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)!

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and energetic Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing rehabilitation team. In this role, you will work closely with our Physical Therapists to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care that helps individuals regain mobility, manage pain, and improve their overall quality of life.

Deliver Direct Care:
Implement individualized treatment plans designed by the Physical Therapist, guiding patients through therapeutic exercises, stretching, and mobility training.

Administer Modalities:
Apply physical treatments safely, including ultrasound, electrical stimulation, traction, heat, and cold therapies.

Track Patient Progress:
Observe, record, and document patient responses to treatment, updating the Physical Therapist on status changes to modify plans as needed.

Educate Patients:
Teach patients and caregivers safe techniques for home exercise programs and the proper use of assistive devices like walkers, crutches, or canes.

Maintain Safety:
Ensure a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment, adhering to infection control protocols and equipment safety checks.

Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program.

Licensure:
Active and unencumbered state PTA license or certification.

Certifications:

Current CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Physical Stamina:
Ability to stand for long periods, lift equipment, and physically assist patients with transfers and exercises.

Skills:

Outstanding interpersonal communication, empathy, team collaboration, and strong attention to detail in documentation.

$30 to $35 an hour
