** Responsibilities of our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs):
*** Provides behavioral assessment and intervention based on the science of behavior analysis to support families referred
* Maintains administrative and non-clinical functions to ensure continued success of families served, treatment team, employee and organization as a whole
* Engages in professional development activities and supports the professional development of Behavior Interventions’ team members through approved supervision activities
* Maintains appropriate written documentation of direct one-on-one intervention with the client and family, program development, and supervision activities in company practice management software (Central Reach) and provider-specific sites
* Utilize the science of behavior-analysis to teach skills to individual clients, caregivers, other family members and to reduce problem behaviors
* Collaborates with program team members; providing feedback, training and coaching on behavior-analytic strategies as appropriate## Qualifications
** Qualifications of the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):
*** BCBA certification
* Behavior Specialist License (For Pennsylvania Applicants), LBA Licensure (For New Jersey Applicants)
* Experience developing and implementing ABA programs for children and adolescents
* Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
* Willingness to see families in the afternoon/evenings after 3pm (3-4 times/week), travel to meet with clients, and work in a variety of settings: home, school, community, and clinic
* Ability to physically stand, walk, bend, kneel, crawl, and squat while exerting (lift, carry, push or pull) 5-10lbs. constantly, 25lbs. frequently and up to 100lbs. occasionally
